"I bought a used item online. When it arrived it was not the model advertised and it was missing critical parts. I emailed and nobody got back to me. I called; the person I talked to was nice but couldn't help me and promised that the owner would get back to me. The owner never did. I emailed again. My conclusion: this might be a fine store to visit in person and maybe a fine place to buy NEW items online, but don't buy used stuff from them or expect responsive customer service."
