"We went here to look at Washers and Dryers and spoke to Paul. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The washer we ended up buying was on sale at another home store, so we asked if they could price match. He called out Mary the CXM and she came to our rescue. The other store couldn’t deliver the set for another month, and Home Depot had it in stock, so it was important to us that they match the price. Mary worked her magic. It wasn’t an easy straightforward match, but she understood our plight and really worked with everyone she had to in order to get us the competitor match and sell us the set then and there. She was very friendly as well. We had a great experience and will certainly be returning for our other appliance needs."

"The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is for one employee named Molly. Usually when going into this store the people at the customer service area are chatting it up and ignoring people who are in line. I walked into the store for my online pickup and the other associates scattered once they saw someone approaching the area. Molly was pulling merchandise off a cart and still asked if she could help me. She was very nice and pleasant, unlike other people I've encountered here. Thank you ma'am for providing exceptional service to your customers."

"This place really needs to do better. I stopped in because I wanted to buy a rotary tool on a whim. Their website stated that the one I wanted was in aisle S1 and I couldn't find that at all. The first guy I asked had no clue, so I asked another. Second guy took me to where some were. After I asked him to unlock it he told me it didn't come with a battery. At that point another guy came along and they decided to strike up a conversation while I waited for the guy to open the cage. After 20 seconds of them shooting the breeze, making me wait, I just gave up. I didn't need this thing, it was just an idea that one would be cool. Then I get home and look at the product page again and right there in the description it says it comes with a battery. It's just sad how it's so hard to accomplish something so simple. Maybe you should up the pay so you can retain people who understand the basics of making a sale."

"There's a lot to like about The Home Depot. What I didn't appreciate was going to use a self-service kiosk for the first time. When I asked for help, I was made to feel stupid, and scan my own driver's license, something I've never done before. I felt that the store associate should have been more helpful and patient, as there was no one in line behind me."

"Unethical malpractice. The incompetent people running this store, has a deal with Western Towing. Every time there is an event at the Arena across the street, they tow away all cars, because they think that any car that parks in their empty parking lot, is actually going to the Arena. As seen in the pictures, NO sign anywhere about not to park in the parking lot. The lady at Western Towing, admitted that it's a deal between them and the Home Depot. They towe everything at event time and split the profits. Disgusting. If you have ever been towed from this parking lot, The Home Depot is where to go and complain."
