"This is the closest hardware store around us, so we shop here out of pure driving convenience. I usually go to the store with a list on my phone and the isle and bin number everything is at. We'll this store is such a mess that either everything is not where it's supposed to be or it's locked up. If you ask employees where something was moved to, they don't know. Today, I went in to buy an umbrella since ours broke. After talking to 7 employees, no one knew where the one I wanted was. I walked all around the store, even heading to the garden center to see if it was there. Nop. I was told that they didn't have it, and when I mentioned that they had 40, they just laughed and said that there might be some somewhere. No one checked the system. This store is a hit mess and needs better management."

"Home Depot is great but this store is terrible! They do not value my time as the lines were at least-15 minutes! Get more cashiers or bring people up from other departments. That’s ridiculous! Go to Dixieline or Lowe’s if you wanna avoid stress!"

"This is a good store to shop at. Even though many of the workers are polite they do have some bad apples. As of today at 3:00 p.m. the lady that works in our five act as though she was impaired and not physically impaired if you know what I mean. She moved very very slow and could care less if you were out in inappropriate time. I will check back on this individual for sure. And she gave a very unpleasant look at those who were waiting. In my opinion they need to find this individual. But to the rest of the staff that I've encountered thank you you all are great."

"I can't give it 5 stars I just can't I waited 16 minutes and yet I got no help at the wood place in the back for cutting but that's not because I didn't stop six workers and ask them hi who can help me two of them in fact just walked on by me one lady and one man who I think pretended he didn't speak English that was a shame I mean a true shame but after I don't know talking to Nancy who is in the front the manager explaining that I don't have time for this kind of shenanigans it's great that they're understaffed I get that but what does that have to do with the fact that every employee in there was unable to help me except for the one person who happened to be on lunch are you kidding me only one Woodcutter then I get home copying this all off and I asked for 10 in and 3/4 of a quarter that's 10 and 3/4 and one of them was 10 and 3/4 the other one was nine and a half so what does that tell you clearly that person just knew how to push the button on four stars it is but hopefully they can improve"
