"This company initially brought the wrong dryer to our place, on the scheduled delivery date. They returned about week later, without warning and no one was home. They called me while I was working in the ICU to tell me they were at my house to deliver the dryer. They the charged $77 for a delivery fee for no one answering. And despite trying to get the company to reimburse us for their poor communication; they would not. Would not recommend this business to a friend."
"When our washer/dryer broke, we were desperate for a new one QUICKLY. I prefer local businesses and Aztec came through for us. They met the price of the big box stores. When the wrong unit accidentally arrived (no one's fault; there are two with the same SKU basically - come ON General Electric...), they rescheduled installation. During "Try #2", their delivery personnel realized that the old unit (installed by previous owners) had been installed incorrectly, so they could not do the install on the scheduled day. They kindly took the old unit while we had the work done to do the work properly. Dawn was awesome in fitting us in so the delay would not be another week. "Try #3" was perfect. Their business is busy for a reason: they are thorough and want the job done right. Thanks also to Leo and Arsenio for their professionalism."
