"We had the best experience with Regina in buying and selling our home. We originally moved to Knoxville in 2015 and considered buying our first home. She came recommended from a friend and really opened our eyes to the things we should look for when house hunting. She literally got down into crawl spaces and pointed out anything she thought was concerning: cracks in foundation, subpar building materials, roofing, mold, water damage, gutters, basements, things we would have never thought to consider.
