Hampton Inn Knoxville-West At Cedar Bluff

"I stayed here for one night while driving through Knoxville on Jan 25, 2024. It was a great stay overall! My dog and I were both comfortable and the front desk staff were really nice and welcoming. This is one of the nicest Hampton Inn locations that I've stayed in so far. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, it felt like safe area and parking was free and easy. The location was great in relation to Starbucks and the highway. I would definitely stay here again."

"Our stay here was wonderful! Very clean room and the mattress was amazing!! Nice to have breakfast in the morning with fresh- tasty coffee (room ☕️ was good too)! Great location convenient to interstate and restaurants. Wished I had taken a picture of how beautifully it was decorated for Christmas!!!"

"The service was great here. Sam helped us at the front desk when checking in and Lexi checked us out. Both were very pleasant. The rooms definitely give off a vibe of a house flip, but on a hotel level. Slapped some new wallpaper on it and threw in some updated sinks. Otherwise, it's dated and still shows some water damage. The bed has this weird bracket sticking out that I slammed my shin into a couple of times. All in all, not a bad stay and the service carried the whole experience. I might shop around next time passing through."

"Very good place to stay on business. I always expect a clean room and friendly staff at the Hampton Inn and was not disappointed. This hotel took it up a notch further though by having good water pressure in the shower and Greek yogurt as a breakfast option. The coffee was above average too. My room, altho facing the interstate, seemed quiet and the bed was comfortable. I've stayed here twice now in the last 6 months on business and will be back. Be aware there is some remodeling going or or recently done; last time I stayed here some rooms on the first floor had not yet been remodeled. If you want a newer room, at least for now, you may want to choose a room on an upper floor or check the status before you book."

"This was the absolute best hotel stay I've ever had. The room was the cleanest I've ever stayed in, the bed was SO comfortable and above all else the staff is incredible! Clive, Kelly and Sam went beyond the extra mile to help us with directions, suggestions for restaurants, and helping us in the middle of the night when our niece got sick. And all with kindness and the most pleasant, genuinely helpful attitudes that makes this hotel our choice from here on for where to stay! Great staff really made this place stand out."
