"We stayed at the Big Ponderosa Cabin and it is everything and more than what is shown on the listing!!! An amazing cabin with spectacular grounds to explore!! Kevin & Brandi were always very helpful and kind ~ they've done a wonderful job to make you feel at home and relaxed!! LOTS of games and toys to keep you busy in the evenings or on rainy days!! So pleased with our stay here...definitely recommend the Big Ponderosa for your next adventure!!"
"We booked Big Ponderosa because it was less expensive than multiple hotel rooms for our large family and were so happy we did! The cabin was immaculate with little touches that just made the experience. From the coffee bar, spa, sauna, and clean/comfortable yoga room, to the home decor and holiday decorations, everything was awesome. Top of my list for places to stay again. Kudos to our hosts for the work they have put in to making this a great place to stay."
"We stayed in the Little Joe cabin for a week during Christmas. The cabin was very clean and was very well stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry supplies. I have stayed at several STR properties and this is the first where we did not have to purchase these items. We also had a welcome basket with snacks and water waiting for us. The hosts were very responsive with any questions and were accommodating with a special request that we had. The property is beautiful in a peaceful setting, we enjoyed walks with our dog - he enjoyed the large off-leash area. Overall a great experience, we will be staying again in the future!"
"We loved staying at the Big Ponderosa cabin. The kitchen was well stocked for large meals, plenty of games and room to spread out. The serene surroundings made for a peaceful getaway and the 85" tv was awesome to watch movies and football. Brandi and Kevin were responsive but not invasive!"
"Terrific place to stay. They go over and beyond to make sure you have everything you need including your coffee shampoo, even mustard, mayo, ketchup in the fridge, everything you could need for the kitchen is provided. We really like that they had a field where you could throw the ball for your dog off leash. We went to Dollywood and also brushy mountain penitentiary, ghost tours. We look forward to visiting again. PS also decorated beautifully for Christmas"
