The Enclave of Hardin Valley

"I recently relocated from a property where I had lived for 9 years because the complex was destroyed by a tornado. Because the entire property was ultimately condemned, there were suddenly 400 people all scrambling to find another place to live in West Knoxville. The aftermath of the tornado was a completely miserable experience as it occurred in the hottest part of the summer, and the residents were given a very short window to pack and move our belongings out. The responsiveness of the staff at the Enclave was such a welcome experience after that ordeal. They helped me secure a unit that was coming empty within a couple of months, and even waived the registration fees for those folks affected by the tornado. My new place is cozy and I have great neighbors; and a perfect view of the sunset each night. I loved the complex where I was living before- it was also very well-maintained and had great staff, but the transition to The Enclave has been seamless, and I have been very satisfied with both the staff and the property thus far."

"Great location, nicely laid out, nice office staff, but the noise level is intolerable. These apartments are obviously cheaply built. Footsteps from neighbors above sound like stomping, vibrates the ceiling, walls, and even rattles things on my nightstand. The neighbors decide when you can sleep. If they're up, you're up. I wish I had done more research before moving here. I expected some noise, because it's apartment living, but this is way worse than any apartment I've ever lived in. Wish I could give it a better rating. I really wanted to like living here."

"Paying 1500 a month in a beautiful part of Hardin Valley with a pool, gym, dog park on site is reasonable. Apartments are well kept. The community here is very peaceful and everyone is friendly and keeps to themselves in my experience. I enjoy living here and hope to continue to renew my lease. I am hoping that rent is not increased every year unless major additions are made to amenities such as a kids playground etc. The ONLY complaint i have is the ridiculous size of the speedbumps. I own a BMW sedan and I can hear it scrape every time, hoping nothing will break or cause further wear and tear. I would give 5 stars if those monstrosities were normal sized speed bumps."

"We've been living at the Enclave for a few months now and we love it. We had to leave Florida after some rough stuff and Enclave was super helpful, able to get us an apartment pretty much immediately and worked with us. I couldn't be more happier. They do a great job maintaining the area, it's always clean. The maintenance guys are really nice and super fast to fix anything. The girls in the office are all really sweet. The amenities are really nice and well kept. We are so happy to be here. Hopefully we stay for a good long time :)"

"We loved living at the Enclave!! Our apartment was awesome. When we needed something fixed, we always had a quick response and the problem was always fixed in a timely manner. The surrounding scenery was so beautiful! We loved the views of Hardin Valley from the upper apartment area. The staff always took great care of our packages that went to the office. The mail system went very smooth for us. All the staff is so friendly and helpful. My kids and I loved the activities that were put on by the staff. The amenities were great. The pool was always clean and well maintained. The gym had everything I needed and was well maintained. Parking was never an issue. There was always somewhere for us to park near our apartment. My family always felt safe and all the residents were also friendly. We were able to get the garage we needed in a timely manner as well as a storage unit.
