"My family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff were all friendly and the rooms were clean. The hotel clerk was the best!! Would definitely stay again"
"Front desk clerk was very friendly. Bar and grill bartender was great at her job. The young lady waitress in the morning for breakfast was great at her job. The only complaint I can say was the bed sheet had a lot of someone's hair on it before we even slept in it. We asked the housecleaner for new sheets and explained why and he was very apologetic for the mistake. (nice guy) Would definitely stay again if I was in the area."
"We came to town for a gymnastics meet. Our first room was in the 5th floor and had a random noise coming from the vent area. We didn’t notice until we went to sleep. In the middle of the night the whole family was up and annoyed. I went to the front desk and they were very helpful. They assigned us a new room and we were able to get some sleep. The breakfast was just ok but adequate. The coffee house “The Empty Cup” was excellent."
"My sister and I (two young women) were in town for a wedding. The hotel is nothing fancy, but is clean and decently priced. We felt safe at the hotel and in the neighboring area. It’s only 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville. And is close to major shopping areas like West Town Mall. The rooms were clean and the staff helpful and friendly. It’s an excellent hotel for the price point!"
"Stayed here Saturday night. Booked two rooms side by side which was accommodated. Rooms were clean but beds were rock hard. Took the kids down to get what would normally be a free continental breakfast at any other hotel and was charged $53 for 4 of us. The breakfast was serve yourself and was exactly the same as any other free breakfast at other hotels. No better. I will never go back to another Holiday Inn after that. Nickel and dime me? Fine. I'll take my business elsewhere."
