"Just passing through Knoxville on our way to Florida from Canada. Finally a place we will come back to. New, big, functional rooms with good kitchen facilities: a good sized fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Very comfy bed/bedding with good pillows. Pleasant decor. Breakfast is more than the basics with some made to order options and gluten free options. As a vegan I really appreciated Oatly oat milk for my matcha latte and coffee and almond milk for my granola. Everyone who worked there was very nice and accommodating."
"We had an awful experience. The girl at the front desk even witnessed how dirty our room was we were assigned. No other room available until late that night. The manager was very rude! I would not ever stay at this dirty hotel again. They offered us 2000 points. Then offered us 50000. I asked for 10,000 points. She said no and I said I will have to call corporate. She said I would get no points now. That’s awesome service when the smell was so bad we had to keep the windows opened."
"Very friendly staff, very accommodating. The rooms were very clean. Beds are comfortable with nice pillows. Water pressure was a little low for the shower. It's very easy access from the interstate."
"Nice, bright update look. Room not as clean as could be with spots on floor. Bed, comfortable. Bathroom, spotless. Grill chef, friendly like an alligator. Parking is problematic, shared with neighboring hotel. Pet friendly."
"A really great hotel in Knoxville TN. I try to stay at Element Hotels when I travel. They are always really nice. They always have the best rooms and the best breakfast of any hotel whenever I travel. They also have really good fitness centers and the staff are always super nice. This one was no exception to that rule. Highly recommended."
