"Dang, I should have checked reviews before I came here. I got here 15 minutes early, the reception lady was so rude and unwelcoming. She proceeded to ask the normal nurse questions in the lobby like family history and drinking/smoking which i thought was a bit odd. Someone else came in and she was confirming their address and personal information loud enough for me to hear as well. Then sat in the room for almost 30 min waiting for a nurse practitioner. Over all not in and out in 30 minutes like they advertise, I was here for an hour. Would not recommend!"

"The team took great care to ensure that I was properly treated promptly and professionally for the duration of my visit. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Definitely would recommend this Breeze location."

"While the physical building and rooms are clean and modern, that's where the good stuff ends for me. Someone came into my room, examined me for less than 3 seconds, turned around, asked a few questions, typed "ear pain" into their computer, turned the computer around to me and read what I'd already googled myself. I didn't get any answers or much help. I was told "just take Tylenol" and that they didn't know what was causing my pain. I had to keep the conversation going before the practitioner left the room, eventually having them agree to prescribe an antibiotic. I was told they would contact me in 2 to 3 days to see if the antibiotic was working. I haven't heard from anyone since, except for a "How do we do?" company survey; nothing regarding my health or if the antibiotic is working or not. I paid a copay, and my insurance covered the rest, to have my symptom basically googled and told to take Tylenol. Super disappointing. ADDED: while checking in, the front desk had me digitally sign multiple papers with ever allowing me to read or see them. The woman behind the counter simply said, "this is the FERPA one" And "This is the consent one" so I'd sign the small tablet on the other side of the counter. It doesn't seem appropriate or legal."

"Can I give a zero? Went on Sunday to resolve a head cold and pink eye. Gave me some eye drops and was sent on my way. By Wednesday it was getting worse. Called to speak to a PA, (that’s all they have anytime I go) and asked for some antibiotics as what I was given obviously did not impact anything. After waiting 5 hours for a callback, and me having to call them again, I was told I had to make another appointment. I asked why I should pay twice when it should have been resolved by now if given the proper treatment. And the answer was yes! Looks like Presby hospitals have brought there great customer service skills over to the Urgent Care side. Got online with “Plush Care” and finally got what I needed to help."

"Everyone here, from the front desk staff to the doctor, do everything they can to provide quality care. I ended up needing to go elsewhere for follow up and they went out of their way to make sure I got the treatment I needed. I can honestly say, this was one of the best healthcare experiences I've ever had. I was treated with such compassion which is so important in a medical situation especially an urgent one."
