"If I could do no star I would do that! The front desk called me to make appointment, she got my insurance, and when I said how much is my co-pay, she said she has to check and she call me back! They scheduled the appointment but never called back to let me know the co-pay! Then, today I had an appointment at 3! When I come, front desk told me, you are not in network with us and your out of picket is $250!!! I was so mad because I had to get off from work and she didn’t check my insurance before the appointment to let me know! She didn’t even say sorry!!! They are not friendly and not even responsible."

"I have never been to an establishment more unprofessional than this place. I had an MRI scheduled. This office literally called me 18 times to confirm and sent 24 texts. I get to the appointment and they tell me that I have NO appointment. The young chic at the front desk then schedules me for a NEW appointment. And again, multiple phone calls and text confirmations. I get to the NEW appointment and I am told AGAIN that I do NOT have an appointment. Mind you, I’m being told this by the young chic who made the appointment for me. To top it off, they are supposed to be open until 10PM. My appointment was at 6:30PM. The building that they are housed in closes and locks at 6PM. So, I’m standing outside the building, calling them on the phone. No answer. After about 10 minutes, someone comes to the door to tell me that the building closes at 6 and their phones turn off at 6. So why TF did you schedule me at 6:30 when you knew I couldn’t get in. Oh, and this was a 45-minute drive from my house.,"

"Prime Diagnostic Imaging Plano did an excellent job during my ultrasound. The location is easy to find with plenty of parking. The waiting area is modern and very clean. When I checked in the front desk folks were very friendly, helpful and informative. The wait was an acceptable 5-10 minutes. The ultrasound technician Whitney was very professional, dressed sharp and patient. I was in a lot pain so she made sure I was comfortable and took her time. It's not very often you meet someone who is passionate about their career. Whitney took the time to explain what she was looking for both good and bad so I'd have an idea of what was going on with my injury. This was both educating and calming. I was in and out of the clinic in less than an hour. Prime Diagnostic Imaging Plano was a great experience from start to finish."

"Not sure why all the low ratings... my experience was great. The front desk staff was very polite, courteous, and well mannered and handled my check in with ease immediately. The check in was very fast and easy and all paperwork was signed through an electronic tablet, which is very much appreciated in this day and age. My appointment started right on time and was finished 20 minutes earlier than the alotted hour time slot. My xray tech was super friendly and kind and made the process quick and easy. The staff was full of smiles and energy and treated all their patients well. Overall, this is a great place to go for imaging services."

"I was concerned about wait times after reading other negative reviews. However, I got here at 10:45 for an MRI appointment for my dad which was scheduled at 11:00. He was called in at about 10:55. Both front desk and tech staff were courteous and professional. Appointments, insurance coordination was also reasonable and met our expectations."
