"Dr. Mix and all of the other Doctors at West Plano Pediatrics have done an amazing job with all 5 of my children. Our last child needed surgery after birth, and Dr. Mix was all over, getting us in with the best doctors and recommendations.  When my mother got meningitis, she checked to make sure if there was anything we needed to do for the kids to be proactive since they were around her the day before she got ill.  She has called personally to check in on all of our kids, and her attentiveness amazes me."

"We have gone to Dr. Mix since my 20 year old son was 5 and my soon to be 18 year old daughter was 3. Dr. Mix is an AMAZING Doctor, who treats my kids as her own. He's now a sophomore in College, and hasn't gone to see her because he doesn't want to be dismissed to an adult doctor. He loves Dr. Mix! It speaks to her amazing heart and love for her "kids" . "I just recently moved to Texas and brought my son in for an emergency visit for a sore throat and he was tested for strep(rapid test). We waited in the room almost 2 hours before we were seen; although I scheduled an appointment. Dr. Mix came in pretty much explaining how the other kids illnesses were more sever before even acknowledging us as new patients and the fact that my ill crying son was also there because he too was sick. She was just not kid friendly, sensitive, or personable. I left without a result and was promised a call that evening that I never received when the next day was a Saturday. I called 5 minutes before they closed and everyone was confused on why I was calling. I found out my son had strep on Tuesday. Looking for a new pediatrician. Poor service and a big bill....great"
