"I feel like this doctor (Dr. Rice) was such a big waste of time and effort. I schedule for a well women exam and also a postpartum check up with her and she never touched me once. She sat very far away from me and just talked to me. She was kind, yes but I felt like it was such a waste of time as I really wanted to be check out to make sure I'm physically ok and that I recovered properly from giving birth and if my body was fine. But she never even came close to me. Just listened from afar to me explaining my symptoms to her. She also just recommended me alot of expensive things to try/buy (fiber, pills, laxatives, etc) and scheduled me for a lot of more future appointments. All that I went to in time and all she did was again, just talk to me for 15 minutes straight, each and every time. And the woman who did my sonogram was very rude and pressed painfully into my lower abdomen stomach roughly even after I told her multiple times, "it's hurts" and "that hurts alot". She also put tons of gel on my stomach and when she left, she just grabbed some paper towels and tossed them on me and walked out, leaving me to clean an unnecessary amount of gel on my stomach. I also felt very uncomfortable with the scribe Dr. Rice had. I came there for an issue with pain in my stomach and bloating and lifted my shirt to show my stomach and she gave a very judgmental stare at my postpartum stomach. I felt uncomfortable that she was even in the room while I'm trying to describe all my symptoms and stuff. I wish they didn't have scribes or atleast for them to be more professional about their jobs but I know why they have to be in there. Either way, the whole thing was a waste of time and money. My issues are still present and all she did was keep making more and more quick 15 minute appointments for me. The women in the office/front desk was very kind and professional every time I spoke to them. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this Doctor to anyone else you wanted to just speak to someone and have them listen to you. That's it. Not if you actually wanted what you scheduled for (well woman exam and postpartum exam, etc). This was just my experience from last year. I no longer schedule any more appointments there."
