"I was introduced to Dr. Quyen Dang. I made an appointment and they said the doctor was very busy so it took 6 weeks. Yes! That’s ok!. BUT, I was too disappointed with the way the clinic reception received guests. Their way made me feel like I was begging them to let me see a doctor. They don't care who you are, what you're saying. they just know you need them and they decide everything. I never complain and feeling bad to write this review, but I hurt my feelings when I first arrived, despite being well prepared and leaving the house 1 hour in advance. but on the way I got stuck in traffic for too long, the road was closed because of repair, and got to the wrong address and the office was difficult to find, it took me a long time to find the office. I didn't have time to celebrate, the front desk told me straight in the face that I had an appointment at 10:00 but I was late so I couldn't be examined. I tried to explain to them my reason for being late. At that time I was still very tired because the road was too far. but they don't need to listen and don't care. I said I had to take a day off work to go to the doctor, they didn't care either. they forced me to reschedule the appointment 2 days later (I wonder why it took 6 weeks to make an appointment but it only took 2 days re appointment ???). Although I am very angry with the unprofessional and discriminatory treatment, I still agree to return 2 days later because I also know that I am not on time. BUT, the second time I came was worse than the first time, learning from the first time, I prepared more carefully for the second time so as not to be late. I have to take an extra day off from work to finish my medical examination. I don't have a family to help me, so if my husband goes to work, I have to take care the kids. I was not warned in advance not to bring children into the office. I came earlier this time but still I didn't get checked because they put a paper outside the door saying "no children allowed in". I asked why not in advance in the appointment?! they told me to take my child out of the office because of Covid. I explained that I was alone today so no one could look after him, I asked if they could let the baby sit here and wait for me to come in. They answered no because of the covid pandemic. they said I have to take him outside to be examined, I said he's only 2 years old how can he be outside alone then they said I have to make another appointment next time (what?!!!!). this is my 2nd time already, and i wonder if next time i come there will be another reason for them not to accept patient?!!! with such a patientless approach, I think I don't want to waste my time, my money and my job anymore. Don't expect them to understand and sympathize. so I told them I don't think I will come here again. I have been to many places for medical treatment and this is the first place where I have been so emotionally hurt."

"Dr. Dang delivered my son in 2018. It was a very stressful pregnancy and she handled it with a ton of patience. She is also highly regarded by fellow surgeons. She is by the best OBGYN I have ever had."

"I debated on having any other children after having Dang deliver my 1st, while my OB was on vacation. I am totally aware thay unexpected problems arise during delivery but the lack of care and understanding was astounding. She did not listen to any of my concerns whatsoever and it was a very traumatic experience because of it."

"This place has been very disappointing since Dr. Greebon retired (who was absolutely amazing). Upon his departure, I was transferred to Dr. Dang. I found out I was pregnant (high-risk) and went under her care. My sonographer gave more information then Dr. Dang, including the fact that my scan showed two sacs (twins) and that one had passed. The Dr. never mentioned this. She also waited until 3 appointments to finally prescribe progesterone pills for a chance at saving my surviving sac. I was called to have multiple rounds of bloodwork done and told to pay significantly different amounts at each visit. The wait times were horrible (between 1.5 and 3 hours each time), only to finally see her and have her tell me a blurb of information in a hurry to get me out of her face. She’s not confident with the information she gives. I asked about taking echinacea vitamins because I had a cold while pregnant and she said “let me google it”... When I finally miscarried I went to the ER. The ER tried to contact Dr. Dang and the emergency line; no answer and Dr. Dang never called them back. A nurse called me a few days later to schedule a follow up appointment to check on how my “baby” was progressing and I told her “I miscarried and the ER already called to let you all know that but you didn’t answer”.. Needless to say, Women Specialists of Plano lost me as a patient for good!"

"Dr. Dang is always so open and nice. She truly listens to my concerns and takes me seriously, which is hard to find in the health field today. Her nurse is awesome. Always smiling. I didn't switch to her until after I had my son so I dont know how she is with pregnant patients, but as my GYN she is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone. She will definitely be the person I stick with for my next child."
