"My sleep study here was very comfortable. It was as close to a hotel as a medical facility can get."

"Good - they handled all insurance paperwork and all I had to do was show up. Bad - there was a bunch of paperwork to fill out and no one emailed it to me. Night of sleep study, I wanted to sleep, instead I'm sitting in bed doing pages of paperwork. Bad - When scheduled I was told verbally the city and follow up emails will include the addr of facility. Yeah, that didn't happen, requiring me to figure out the addr. The bad is easy for them to fix"

"It was friendly and clean. The assistant was very good at explaining what was going to happen and when. I was not ready for the sleep experience as I had what I thought was hey fever and coughing my head off. Turns out I have bronchitis and am still having a hard time breathing. Not sure how it might have effected the test."

"Go anywhere but here. My first sleep study was an in-home study. No one gave me any results, but they called to schedule a treatment study. The next available was a month away, so I went ahead and scheduled it. Larry, the tech, was antagonistic about everything and inappropriately inserted his political opinions into our small talk while he hooked me up to the wires. The walls were thin, and he didn't lower his voice, so I could hear him talking every time any of the neighboring patients needed something. An aside- their process for filling out forms is really frustrating. The online forms have repeating questions about medical history/surgical history. Then you have to print it out and fill it in again, and then AGAIN when you get to the location for the sleep study."

"My neurologist recommended I get a Sleep Study. I was nervous due to recent increase of COVID-19 cases in Texas. Did not know if testing center would be open and wanted this test done quickly. Texas Medical Diagnostics called to discuss my insurance and etc. The lady said I can do a Home Sleep Study Test at my own house. I paid a $30 disposal fee, which insurance does not cover. The equipment was shipped to me and ever easy to use. The Sleep Lab had my testing info/data when I woke up next morning. Best part, I did not have to mail back the equipment. I actually called Texas Medical to verify again it was ok to toss the equipment in the trash. I gave the equipment to our toddler, she addEd to her own doctor kit! Over all, easy process and friendly staff."
