"Staff has been awesome to my husband. We live 6 hour away from Plano. He was here working here. When my husband was brought in by ambulance they took good care of him, till I could get here. We have been very happy with everyone we've come in contact with. Thank you!"

"The staff at this hospital is amazing!!!! The way everyone took care of my mother in her time of need is humbling and I’m forever grateful to this hospital. Nurses Rey and Kelly are saints and they tirelessly took great care of everything. The hospital is clean, efficient, and serve patients diligently and with great humanity. So grateful to this hospital."

"Went to this department for a radiologically directed hip injection. Excellent medical professionals, good communicators - explained the procedure, the risks, the expected outcomes and the recovery timing. They exuded both confidence in what they were doing and patient empathy. Under the circumstances, it was a very good experience."

"I went in for a blood draw. Most of the people were really nice, but there was one person who was obviously racist against me. Being Dutch, I don't get a lot of racism, but still, it happens often enough that I recognize it when it happens. No way to report it. I'd avoid this place if you're white."

"I went in for a nerve-wracking procedure (hip MRI with contrast) and received the best service ever! It started with Carol's kind, thorough and professional approach in Admissions. I was then on to the next person, Arielle....where my questions and initial apprehension were handled with extreme care. She helped quell my fear of a needle injecting dye deep into my hip joint. Dr. Diebner entered the picture and is just phenomenal! I felt a very, very minimal sting as the numbing was applied, but have honestly felt more discomfort getting shampoo in my eyes. It was that easy. Wendi took over for the 40-minute scan session, keeping me informed throughout and really just adding that extra gravy to an already positive experience."
