"I have been coming to Dr. P for awhile and her and her nurses are great. Carl, is old, senile, and flat out the sole reason I need to find a new doctor. He point blank called me a liar because his memory (a 90 yr old man) must be better than mine, (a 32 yr old woman). Because of this, he also called my meds into the wrong pharmacy which didn’t have in stock and I’ve had to jump through hoops to get my meds. A previous review said it best, he is ruining this practice. I never looked forward to speaking with him in person or on the phone and now I’m finding a new doctor all together because of it. I’ve dealt with it for over a year and tried to give grace, but enough is enough."
"I’m giving 2 stars bc Dr. Sarah, herself, is awesome. HOWEVER, the Guy at the front desk is an argumentative, nightmare. I was trying to BRING my whole family, but bc he was so horrible we are leaving. I wonder if the doctor has any clue how much business he drives away. We previously overlooked issues with dr orders not being sent when we were told they were, but after dealing with him this week, totally not worth it. How can I literally be wrong when I’m reading from my insurance policy, have email confirmation from the insurance and even called to clarify with my insurance?? And he still argued. What a joke. Dr Sarah, he’s literally ruining your practice. It’s pretty clear by all the other reviews."
"Last week, my wife called to say she got COVID, and they literally told her to take vitamins. This morning, I called to say I had COVID, and they tried to tell me the same thing and get me off the phone. I said, “No, I’ve been taking those vitamins. I want Paxlovid.” I scheduled a virtual appointment for 2:20 expecting a phone call. The front desk calls me at 2:22 to tell me to login to a portal. The first thing out of Dr. Payberah’s mouth was, “Did you forget about your appointment?” Ma’am, I have a 103 degree fever and you’re more concerned about chastising me over being 5 min late than you are treating me. Also, the front desk tried to charge $99 dollars for the appointment when my co-pay is $25. Plus, the doctor didn’t even know my wife had COVID last week even though she had called the office and was told to take vitamins and basically kick rocks by a nurse. The doctor and staff act like they are DMV employees. We will not be returning."
"Absolutely zero concern for patient care...I spent weeks trying to make an appointment, having to call multiple times without getting a call back. When I finally did, the office manager's attitude was not helpful at all. I guess the pre-authorization that my insurance required was just too much trouble to make my care worth their while. So much for the Hippocratic Oath. I had been seeing Dr. Payberah for over 10 years. SMH"
"Looking at reviews from some of the other patients on here, I must say either you love Dr. Payberah or you hate her. Yes, her approach is straight forward but it saved my life! Dr. Sarah actually takes our health seriously and the patients should care about their own health enough to do that as well. The people who posted negative reviews are likely being overly sensitive and unrealistic with their expectations. Let's be honest, with the rise of attention to social media these days, anyone can be misleading and dishonest with their comments on here all because they are unhappy with themselves and want to blame others for their problems. One of these reviews is for a completely different doctor all together. Her name is Sarah, not Susan, so check your facts and dont be mislead by faulty comments on this search. For me, Dr. Sarah is the best, hands down! Dr. Sarah was actually able to give me useful information and suggestions for changes that greatly improved my health and quality of life. She is the most knowledgeable and caring doctor that I have experienced. She has taken great care of me over the years and I know that she genuinely cares about me as her patient because she always follows up with me to ensure that I am staying healthy. Dr. Sarah is the BEST!"
