Reviews
"My experience at the clinic was smooth, minimal wait time and the staff was very nice. Dr. El-Hag was great, took time to explain things."
"Sadly posting this review because we had a good experience with the PA and physician initially. We were told we would have a “telemedicine” visit to discuss results which was a phone call that lasted less than 5 minutes. My husband posted a review and the office responded saying it was “way more” than 5 minutes. I have attached a screen shot of our phone duration showing this is false. Additionally, the office saying they are obligated to collect a copay for this is false. A call must be more than 7 minutes to be considered telemedicine, per our insurance. This is sadly very unethical to charge a copay for a phone call. I would have been happy to pay a fee had this been disclosed prior to the call."
"Had a great experience at the Allergy and Asthma center. Everyone was very nice and seemed like they wanted to help me. Will recommend to friends and family."
"We were charged a copay for a "telemedicine visit", when all that actually happened was a phone call that took less than 5 minutes to read us results from a test. No video, no patient seen, etc. I'm not sure if that's legal or not, but it certainly seems unethical at the least."
"This clinic is wonderful, doctor El-Hag, Jaimee the nurse, Ariel and all others are so kind and helpful. I took my 4.5 month old baby to see Dr. El-Hag, my baby had bad rashes on his face, that soon turned to peeling scabby and oozing skin, it was like that for 6 weeks, since he was 3 months old, I took him to our pediatrician early since we noticed the rash, it was diagnosed to be seb derm, the medication and cream seemed to help first two weeks then it all came back. Finally I went to the allergist, Dr. El-hag, we had the allergy skin test, it was not too bad, it lasted around 30 minutes, thankfully my sweet happy baby could take it.We found that he was allergic to cow’s milk and eggs, so I had to eliminate those out of my diet as I exclusively breastfeed. The doctor prescribed oral antibiotic and steroid, within 3 days we could see the facial rashes were 90% better, almost clear, no more scaly skin though my baby still had to complete the antibiotics of 10 days. Unfortunately even it’s so much better than its worst, my baby skin is very sensitive, currently he is 5 months, his face looks red after he wakes up as he rubbed it so much in his sleep with gloves on. It’s my daily routine to moisturize his face then the skin seems more calm and a bit lighter. I hope he grows out of this rash as his immunity is stronger. Anyway, the doctor was wonderful! He really helped my baby!"
