"STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! They just want to TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN! I dealt with the "realtor" Joan. First off SHE NEVER EVER even left her office. She couldn't even print the application for me because they wouldn't give her the password to the computer (what a joke!). SHE LIED to me about the apartment I was renting and then when I realized 1 BUSINESS DAY later and ended the lease they refused to give me any of my money back. The manager Bill said they don't do refunds under any circumstances and he didn't care if Joan lied, the lease was signed so they got paid and thats all that matters to Pel-Bay Realty. They will say anything to get your money then abandon you once they do! Even the landlord was more reasonable than them, giving me my money back. They are a awful real estate company and most of the larger nicer buildings in the area do not do business with them anyway. It is clear once you walk in the office, they need your money. Listen to all the terrible reviews (they only have nice ones on THEIR website that THEY control lol) and find a nicer real estate company not so desperate for money. There are plenty in the area."

"BEWARE of who you rent from. I got my apartment from this real estate agency and come to find out they rent from the same landlord and she gives them a break. Sort of like "I scratch your back, you scratch mine". However, she's a HORRIBLE landlord that doesn't follow her obligations to her tenants so BEWARE when using this agency, you never know who'll they'll stick you with, or who else's back they're scratching to catch a break."
