"Cataclysmically and dangerously bad pharmacy service. I ordered a refill on Wednesday for an essential medication and was texted that it was on order. It’s now Saturday, I am out of this medication, and the pharmacist told me it was just ordered today (Saturday) 3 days later. When I asked how I could have prevented this, I was told he didn’t know. There is no way to reach the pharmacy by phone. All calls are sent to voicemail. They cannot tell me what other pharmacies might have the drug. Don’t trust this pharmacy for anything important."
"On the cvs website it states the store opens at 7:00am. When I tried entering while in a rush to get to work they were closed. I asked the worker what time is the store opening he claimed in about "10 minutes " how does that make sense if the website states the store opens at 7:00am. I have been waiting for about 12 minutes for this store to open. Cvs needs to do better. Ever since the pandemic customer service at these chain stores have gotten disgusting."
"1st time using self check out at this store. Overall good experience. Prices are a little steeper than usual. (Maybe because it's summer time). The venue was clean. No one greeted me upon entry and I didn't need any assistance. Otherwise....it was a good experience."
"I stopped by here this morning and had a great customer experience. I only needed a couple of items that were thankfully easy for me to access on my own. When I was at the self check out, I had a problem with using my own bag. A manager quickly came to help me and showed me the best way to solve my problem for future reference and even went above and beyond by assisting me with my coupons (first time I ever used them). Great store and great people working there."
"I have read a couple of bad reviews but have had nothing but positive experiences with this particular pharmacy. They are friendly, courteous, and have never made an error with the four medications I pick up monthly. As a matter of fact, they even corrected an error another pharmacy made in a different state."
