"Tried calling the pharmacy. I was put on hold for 30 mins and was hung up on twice. I do t mind holding, I respect that they might be busy helping other customers, but being repeatedly hung up on is totally unacceptable."
"Awful experience at the pharmacy. Arrived 25 minutes before the lunch break needing urgent meds for a small child with low oxygen and wheeze. There was nobody in the queue. Pharmacy cashier (Patricia M) just shrugged and said I needed to wait till after the lunch break. I explained the urgency. Didn’t care whatsoever. Closed the door and left. People like this should not work in healthcare services."
"Roseanne / Roxanne is an Angel - literally saved my Mom tonight. After my Mom’s pharmacy told her at 8:30pm that they weren’t able to get the insulin stock they promised her, I went out on a search for stock elsewhere because she had no insulin left for the day. Even though she was on her way out, Roseanne / Roxanne stayed to help me - set up the new prescription, patiently find my Mom’s information in the system, and get the much needed insulin for my Mom. All this and with a kind and empathetic smile. Nearly cried, I was so grateful. Thank you Roseanne / Roxanne for your help today."
