"I am SO impressed with this company! They are able to compound to exactly what my boy needs. He had been taking 3 pills to total 50 mg. and they make him (1) 50 mg. which makes it much easier on us since he is on multiple medications. In addition, customer service is so amazing. This is our 3rd order- I admittedly wait a little to ensure consistency before reviewing anything and each time has been perfect. I’m equally impressed by their super fast ship time - literally ordered yesterday afternoon and this package arrived today. Now, let’s talk about the toys! I did not expect them to send a toy but the first package arrived with an adorable avocado toy. I thought that was so nice - a welcome to the company toy- but no, he’d gotten one with each delivery! Lastly, their prices are considerably cheaper than the vet offices, other online stores, and local pharmacies. All that and delivered right to the door!"

"Edit #2: They sent out a replacement, and told me to keep it despite having refunded me. I called to try to intercept and prevent delivery because while that is incredibly kind, I'm not looking to mooch medicine for my kitty at anyone else's expense. However, they said that it was already prepared, not usable, and that I should go ahead and keep it (unless for some reason I don't want it). The representative I spoke with owned the fact that they did, in fact, lose my delivery that was due a few days ago, and they even volunteered that I had essentially lost a week as a result of waiting for them, which is true. However, the kindness, the genuine concern, the better price than the Pharmacy, who I ultimately had to order from because I didn’t think this delivery was ever coming, are all very positive points. As was the packaging, and the obvious care that they have for animals. They had a bad first pass at delivering to me. They more than made up for it in the end, and the experience left me very confident that this was an extremely unusual event for them, not something you or I should expect in the future. Without dismissing what was a legitimately unfortunate series of events, I of course, have to adjust my rating and my opinion of Mixlab. They charged my credit card and told me they would deliver my cat's medicine, however, the delivery never arrived, and they refused to answer or return my calls inquiring as to when and/or if I would receive my cat's medicine. They sent me a link to tracking that simply never updated, it left the depot Saturday and as of today there is no delivery and no explanation from Mixlab. Ultimately, I had to dispute the charge, because they just went silent, keeping the money and more importantly, My cat's meds, which are quite time sensitive. Just utterly baffled and amazed. Edit: they were very nice about it after the fact, but not before first trying to hold me to the order - even though I'd ordered it from another pharmacy who could provide me accurate tracking, and their prescription was TBD, 3 days late and missing in action with a courier who wasn't responding.They claimed it was my responsibility to wait until - who knows? They ultimately relented, with the aforementioned pleasant tone, but not an ideal first impression."
