"I must say I got this account under my account for my mom so she can get the deliveries by hand from someone but unfortunately the first delivery man only rang the bell. I left the medication in the front door, knowing it’s a big building and anyone can take the medication instead of waiting for my mom to open the door and hand it to her where later she had to get a chair sit down. And with her leg, pull the package over to her, then bent over with her back back and pick up the medication. I hope the next delivery can be handed to her hand and not the floor. I would like to continue for you guys to do business for us and servers as we expect."

"Will never use this again and wouldn’t recommend- disorganized and incompetent. They went to the wrong apartment and without calling or doing an anything to resolve, just left. I live in a doorman building so they could have left to there. They were unable to redeliver same day bc no one at the 800 number could get in touch with dispatch at 3pm on a weekday. Edit to reply to the response: it would have been nice to have had this escalated when I was sick and waiting for my medicine delivery. I had asked whoever I was on the phone with @ alto MULTIPLE times to escalate and she said there was NO ONE to escalate to. Again, complete incompetence."

"I have about 2 years with them they are AMAZING. Switched from capsule and others and haven't been disappointed. The delivery people are always so nice. It's hard to get them by phone sometimes but when you do it's great customer service so I don't mind the wait. Good customer service is hard to come by these days. I hope they stay this good."

"These people are thieves. My prescription was supposed to be delivered last night at no cost. Instead was delivered this afternoon for a $10 'expedited' delivery fee. Expedited when they received the script yesterday early afternoon? I will never use them again. They owe me a refund but of course I'll never see it. Thieves."
