"This pharmacy does not care about their customers. Every time I go in for my medication, which I need urgently for my health, it is not ready and they treat me rudely. I have also tried emailing for a refill with no response. I just tried calling for half an hour even though they are apparently open; no answer. I need my medication for my health and will from now on obtain it elsewhere. I do not recommend this pharmacy, they do not seem to care about their customers."

"I love a small business with great service and Westside Pharmacy is one of those places. It is an independently owned pharmacy and everyone is super nice, they know everything about any prescription I bring in, their prices are so much better than any of the chain pharmacies. In NYC it is rare to find a gem of a business like Westside Pharmacy. It is such a delight to walk in and be greeted by name, asked how I am and every time I picked up a prescription they truly want to know if they can do anything else for me. If you live on the UWS and want to support a business who is First Class - you need look no further than Westside Pharmacy. I love this place!"

"I went back to return a wall plug. First he inspects the plug for any damages. Then he inspects the receipt. Then he goes to consult his partner. Finally he comes to the register. He is stymied because the receipt is a week old. He tells me he only knows how to do credit card refunds of purchases from the same day! I say fine so give me $15 refund In cash. He says no, but can I come back later. I say no because I am leaving town. At this point he finally figures out how to do a refund. I just hope he doesn't "accidentally" double-charge me."
