"I had a big issue about to much $ taken off my card. I had my receipts and all the necessary proof. Staff was helpful. The manager attitude was just a little like I was bothering her. By attitude, I mean facial expression and body language. But she still accomplished the goal. By helping me fix the missing $. There was no attitude in her voice. So she was trying to be a good manager. Her position could be harder than I know. I'll give her the benefit of doubt. And just be grateful for her skill, an not be upset about her body language. 4"

"I always go to this Walgreens, and I’ve never received such ATTITUDE. The manager was so absolutely RUDE not only to my mother, but also to her own coworkers! All we asked was to exchange a juice of the same price but different flavor cause it was not showing availability on the app. It’s okay to say no but why go off?? Further, Why when I come back to get an item that SHE FORGOT! am I being ignored when I asked nicely…yet my items are right next to this lady? I felt bad for the worker she called…she wasn’t even vocal and seemed afraid and hesitant. I felt so bad when she apologized when she was not rude to me."
