"There is a reason this place is rated so low. There is a pharmacy staff member who is absolutely rude and incredibly unhelpful (including walking away in order to not speak to patients). On top of that, it is incredibly inefficient as it takes about 30-45 minutes to get a prescription. I would suggest transferring to Thomas Pharmacy on Columbus where the workers are incredibly nice and helpful and the wait time is 5 minutes max."
"Walgreens Broadway 94 St,New York, NY. This location is horrible. I was falsely accused of stealing by cashier and security guard. I was asked to remove items from my pockets in front of customers and Staff in store. I came in to redeem bottle returns. Bottle machine is in front of store. According to suvillance camera I never entered any aisle of store. This was very humiliating and cause severe mental illness. Until this day nobody want to accept responsibility not apologizing or didn't show up for court to answer complaint. This store staff are treating customers in a reckless manner and falsely accusing them of stealing especially African Americans. This is unacceptable and everyone should be treated equally. Always treat people the way you want to be treated. Should be ashamed of yourself how I was treated. "The worst of the worst! Nothing ever in stock (started way before COVID), filty store, poorly staffed, and now everything is behind a plastic case requiring it be unlocked to purchase but Walgreens doesn't add resources to help clients around the store. An absolute joke!"
"I scheduled an appointment for both Covid and Flu shots. It took more than 50 minutes just to check in with the most unpleasant staff ever. I would rather go a few miles further to get a nicer experience."
