"Vendors beware. They do not pay their bills. Autoclave was serviced - only $400 and they won't pay."
"I've been coming to Dr Stern for many years and I'm very pleased with his work. He's always patient and makes sure to explain the procedures."
"After doing the cleaning. He said he needed to check one more thing. Had me open my mouth. Stick my tongue out. And he touch my tongue with his bare hands. No gloves. I wanted to unalive right there. Predater vibes."
"I had a filling that was coming off on my front tooth, and all I needed was a simple polishing and to replace the filling. He did a TERRIBLE job. Not only is his work inconsistent and unpolished, It feels bad in the contact with my lip, and it also misshaped my tooth!! Nothing about the work even needed to reshape my tooth, it was because he did excessive polishing and screwed it up! He is so unbelieveably bad. It was never even a difficult job!! His office and work rooms are so disgustingly old, and everything is just dirty too. I made a bad mistake coming here."
"I went in for a cleaning. First off the location is not in a safe area as well as the office itself being in an affordable housing complex. Speaking of the office it's extremely dirty and not kept up with. I considered leaving as soon as I walked in but decided not to. The dentist took X-rays and gave me a "cleaning". The cleaning was just moving one dentist tool around my mouth tearing my gums and making blood pour out of my mouth. The whole process took 10 mins which for X-rays and a cleaning I would say should take at least 30-45 mins. I contacted my insurance immediately and filled a complaint before rescheduling with another dentist to provide me with better care. With so many other options in the city you can find a cleaner, more professional dentist"
