"I have the most wonderful experience in this Group Health Dental clinic and with Dr. Donnie Wiggins. He did my root canal with very minimal or almost no pain. He was gentle and precise with his skillful hands and he is neat and meticulous with his technique. I felt relax and comfortable during the procedure. I also did not bleed a lot nor have splashes of water over my paper cover on my chest. Before we started the procedure he explained and showed me what is going to be done. He is honest by telling me that we will not be able to finish the whole process because it was a little late (it was my fault I was late for my appointment) and yet he still did the procedure. Surprisingly, he finished the procedure in a timely manner. And I did not feel that he did any shortcuts nor rushed. It was done perfectly at an appropriate time. I am so grateful for Dr. Donnie Wiggins and his assistant Rosielo for the excellent and professional treatment I received. I also would like to thank the nice lady in green (sorry did not ask for her name) for attending to my need when I first came in the clinic. She was gracious and accommodating and made me feel comfortable the moment I stepped in the clinic. I highly recommend Group Health Dental especially Dr. Donnie Wiggins."

"The financial conversation was fine. Front desk good. The actual procedure felt rushed with little explanation. The assistant was polite but rough and lacked subtlety. I had to stop the procedure because of the way I was being treated. You’re not changing a tire! It’s people’s mouths! It takes some sensitivity. And word of advice: be aware of your voice and tone. I was there for an extraction not a party. Have some empathy for how the patient may be feeling after being told we have to take out an implant and it costs $3,000.! Lower your voice and have some respect."
