"At first when I took my daughter, the appointment went well and the service was great. However, upon checking out I asked for a follow up appointment and the front desk stated they will give me a call in a year. Since then I had to switch dental offices because I never received a call and when I did try and call the office they would leave me on hold for more than 10 minutes so I just gave up."
