"I've been going to Tend for my dentist appointments and check ups for around 2 years, and so far I've been liking them a lot better than previous dentists. All the "modern" perks like being able to watch TV whilst they work on your teeth, getting complimentary brush bags on each visit, and the clean and aesthetic clinics are nice, but what I love most is how friendly and gentle the hygienists and dentists are. I have a small mouth, and all my previous dentists have been so rough with my teeth and mouth and got irritated at how I couldn't open my mouth any wider. The dentists and hygienists at Tend have not once commented on if I could open my mouth any wider or made me feel like I was difficult to work with. They are super professional, efficient, and amiable, and they have made the experience of going to the dentist as comfortable as can be. Highly recommend for regular cleaning and checkups at least. Don't know how well their other services are (aligners, fluoride treatment, etc.), but as someone who has generally good teeth hygiene, just needs regular checkups, and has the insurance to cover for this, Tend is great."

"Incredibly easy, positive experience at TEND UWS! The staff were so warm and welcoming, and the treatment spaces were comfortable and well-kept. They were very thorough when talking me through each process and were VERY transparent about the costs associated with add-on services. Plus they allow you to watch a show of your choice throughout the cleaning, which made this an incredibly relaxing break from work (not at all what I expected from a dentist visit)."

"First off I’d like to say the aesthetic of the place is on point. I love the decor and ambiance. I was greeted when I walked in by the receptionist and she gave me a tooth brush kit to clean my teeth before seeing the dentist. Which was nice. The hygienist Kathie was very informative and made me feel comfortable in the chair. She took her time cleaning thoroughly and didn’t rush at all like other hygienists I’ve had. My teeth has never been this clean before. Thanks for the service. Will come back again!"

"Honestly felt so terrified for this visit today. I had unknown intense pain and it turned out I had to get my wisdom tooth pulled out. Everyone I saw today took such great care of me. They were so warm and made sure I was fully informed and knew what was going on at all times. I got my tooth extracted and although I had to fully pay out of pocket I am 100% satisfied with my visit. I saw a lot of reviews that were so misleading. This is a place of business and they deserve to get paid for the great work they do. We need to learn how to separate what we are really upset about before leaving negative reviews. If you need to go somewhere and have this as an option please go. They will take amazing care of you!"

"Tend is a one stop shop for all your teeth cleaning/straightening needs. The team is welcoming and kind. For your first visit, you are given a new tooth brush and toothpaste. The team then took my X-rays, the doctor examined them and made suggestions on how to maintain my teeth and gum health. Mary was my dental hygienist and she was kind, thoughtful and extremely thorough. She cleaned my teeth very quickly, scheduled me for my next cleaning and I was out the door within an hour. Not bad for a first time at the dentist in a few years!"
