"I purchased a pair of ray ban meta yesterday. I tried to return them today, as the receipt says I have 30 days to return them to any sunglass hut in Macys nation wide. I have the original receipt and the product as it was given to me in its original condition. I was rudely told I cannot return it. Even though there is a display in the store saying “try for 30 days or return”. I have had them less than 24 hours, original receipt and even the bag from the store. The rude associate shows me a group chat on her phone showing a message from someone saying “DO NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN, TELL THEM ITS POLICY”. Which is literally against what the receipt says, the store clerk said when I originally purchased it, and the website terms. These people are rude and are blatantly ripping people off and I have reached out to sunglass hut corporate where I sent a written letter explaining the issue in detail in addition to contacting the store manager for the other Macys sunglass hut who is actually helpful and trying to provide customer service unlike these clowns. Do not shop here. Do not even look at them. They’re horrid individuals who are entrenched in corporate greed. Go to a local store or another store within the mall."

She immediately fixed them and took care of us quickly! She was very professional. I highly recommend this Sunglass Hut location because of this knowledgeable sales woman."
