"Came to visit this store with my mother in law for my daughter and niece. The gentleman assisted us was very nice and provided great customer services. He assisted my mother in law with a return and applied on a purchase in store. He measured my daughter foot and provided her different boot options to pick from. The two young ladies were nice. "Great experience with Michael. He’s been fitting children for shoes for 40 years and was extremely knowledgeable. He helped us find a good sneaker and winter boot for my toddler that would work with orthotics. He even offered to help us insert the orthotic once we get it from the podiatrist. I was very impressed with his customer service and felt like he truly cared about us."
