"Walking in this store it is like a ghost town. No one greets you or asks you if you need anything. Being in the store for over a 30 minute period when no one even is around. The Store Manager is not even on the sales floor to help her team, only if there are issues. Maybe there needs to be a change in their managers. I will not be returning to this location."

"They seem to have some nice clothes here. This isn't a store that we shop in often, but they are having the $25 jeans sale, so it seemed to be a pretty good deal. We went on a Sunday, considering that it's in the mall, it wasn't too crowded. Fitting rooms did have a wait at times. Register lines were moving quickly. I joined the Club Cali Rewards program for free and saved $10 on my purchase!! Win!"

"I’m very disappointed of the way we was treated at the store, my daughter was about to try a jacket before we purchase, an employee approached us and took the jacket away from my daughter, making my daughter feels upset. They should training the employees to treat with respect regardless of skin color or culture."
