"Do not shop here the person who opened the store this morning is condescending nasty and rude. I will keep contacting corporate until she is terminated. I live in nyc and they forgot to remove the anti theft from my boots. Before I could show her a receipt she already had it in her mind I stole it . I hate this place"

"I went to exchange or return a shirt for my daughter. They didn’t have what she wanted so I took the receipt and the shirt, went to the register and asked to return it. The associate was very rude and said that they only give store credit. When I said that I had a receipt she said no, they don’t give money back, only store credit. So I went and picked out a pair of pants for my daughter. It came up $2 short of what the shirt cost and she again was rude and said they can’t issue store credit under $10 so I might as well buy some socks or something. I’m never going to choose to shop at Charlotte Russe again because they have a ridiculous return policy and their associates are rude."

"THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I have bought a pyjama with avocado pattern on it for my daughter on 27/08/2023. Later at home we saw that the product was damaged. Today we went to store to exchange it with the undamaged one. Store manager told that they do not have matching one and they could not refund money. When I have asked why they had sold damaged product, she was too rude and told that i probably had teared it before bringing to the store, how could they accuse me such a nonsense. And both store manager and cashier told that customers were responsible from buying undamaged product. We should had checked it before buying. Do they mean that Charlotte Russe is free to sell damaged product as far as customers are not aware of it. What a shame!"

"CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! THE worst customer service ever. This was my first and last time in this store.The customer before me asked a simple question once he walked away the associates Natalie and Angie began talking about him. Natalie rang me up and was rude the entire time and even had the audacity to click prompts while I'm making my transaction. I brought my concerns to the manager Angie and she also has a disgusting attitude. When I asked Natalie her name she rolled her eyes then stated I should ask corporate to give them name badges if I wanted her name,that she doesn't have to give me her name if she doesn't want to. Angie if the one who gave me both of there names and gave me a fake email address when I asked for the information of the regional manager. These two should not ever work with customers."

"Two girls working here are so rude. I kindly ask one of the employees to help me get something from the top rack of clothes and she walks away and laughs with her coworker. I ended up waiting for long and told her again. She continued to tell me she'll be right there but stayed gosipping with her friend in the corner. I wish I caught her name. The girl with the glasses at register is only acceptable worker. Props to her."
