"They are super slow in checking out shoppers . Their collection is good but the pricing can be different when you actually go to pay. They are located on the lower level in Willowbrook malll. The staff is not very friendly but I don’t blame them as the people shopping here can be annoying."
"Extremely rude customer service, the employees talk smack about you right in front of you. Not courteous enough and extremely unhelpful. I would take my business to other amazing loft stores in NYC or Westfield Paramus they are welcoming and most go out of their way to help with anything."
