"Worst customer service ever, cashier Megan who is supposedly the manager. Has a nasty attitude and is very unhelpful. I went to make a return and I was met with a rude attitude because something was final sale and I purchased it yesterday. All I was asking for was an exchange for size, when purchased the day before there should be some flexibility. Really bad forever 21. Very disappointed Whether you paid nine dollars or $100 should not be treated with disrespect of a paying customer."
