I always request to see her because she is honest and is not there just to make a sale. I travel from far to have her help me. The other sale associates were also helpful. "As someone who recently moved from La Jolla, CA I would like to find a store that is friendly as I wear all of my clothing from white house black market. I also have the highest tier status. I had 4 different experiences at this store, all are completely awful. In the fitting room, this Indian lady claim she is a stylist and completely open my curtain without asking. Insisted that she will help me style by touching me without my consent. The other few times were awful too as they won't let you return anything in this store. As a frequent business traveler I have been in several states with white house black market and none of them treated their customers like this. They make decent brand seem cheap. While I enjoy my Burberry, White House Black Market has good style and is more lenient on body shapes. The only reason I gave this place a two star rating is because one of their manager who is an African American lady. She is smart, she is sharp, she is helpful. She takes care of the customers."

"Nachele asked all the right questions, brought me style recommendations without my asking, placed multiple pairs of shoes just outside my dressing room that she selected for me, and checked on me at perfectly timed intervals. When my size was not available, she never said those words, but instead advised me of two locations that the blazer was readily available. I could not believe the level of service I received from her. So much so, that I called Nachele once back in my car to share with her how amazing she was and to ask what was her title. She shared that she was a general manager and thanked me for my kind words. In my opinion, Nachele is the WHBM brand brought to life. She walks and talks the brand, and is an absolute rockstar!"
