"Store products were great per usual alexis helped me out and she was such a kind sweet girl. she went the extra mile and out of her way to help my daughter and i out so i told her i’d leave a review for her:) the reason why i don’t give a full 5 star rating is because i have had an experience as my daughter has had one as well with emily. she wasn’t the nicest of people and very smirky sadly. it gives the company and store a bad rep when its a really good store with always having great customer service"
"I happen to be visiting Garage store at Willowbrook mall today which is my daughter's go to store. I attempted to get one of the sales associate attention because she was literally folding clothes blocking the jeans my daughter wanted to try on. This particular sales associate Emily who happens to be a manager was chit chatting with another sales associate I tried to get her attention twice and no response so I tapped her to get her attention. This girl basically had a very nasty attitude telling me not to touch her and not to be tapping her. I have never had such a bad experience in this store. The way this girl spoke to a customer when I was just simply trying to get her attention. Seems like anyone without any etiquette can get a job nowadays let alone in a manager position. What kind of example is she sending to the other sales associates who work under her. That this type of behavior is acceptable? Garage do better and screen your potential employees. Don't just hire anyone with a heart beat especially one who holds a managerial position if they don't have the right demeanor to work with people. Then you have the remaining staff who was alerted of the situation looking at my daughter and giving her faces and nods. My daughter is 15 years old why are they staring her down? What kind of professionalism is this?"

"My first time visiting the store with my daughter. Customer service was excellent! From the front door, we was greeeted with a promotional sale 10% off with downloaded app. The young lady at the dressing room assisted my daughter with such care! Cashier assistance was awesome! Thats what I call great, exceptional customer care! We will be back!"
"The store is not very large but when you walk in it feels as if you're in every girls "dream" closet. Right now the clothes on display are mostly soft tones and everything looks so pretty and blends so well. The employees were very nice and helpful."
