All the amenities are great as well. Being an international student, moving into a fully furnished, well equipped premises and friendly atmosphere made settling in very smooth. "This is my second year living at State & I have never had an issue. It is a great location to walk to campus or even drive to the stores and sporting events. Parking is secure and covered. The rooms are very big, you have your own bathroom and the kitchen has everything you would need or want as well as your own laundry and unique furniture in the living room.The building has great amenities & great staff who are helpful whenever I need a package or maintenance. They also provide several days where they bring food trucks to our building as well as have theme days with gifts in the lobby. Also, I recommend if you have a pet, State is the place for you!"
