"This hotel is tucked up the hill behind local businesses so no traffic noise. Nice room, clean and comfortable. Desk staff friendly and willing to assist. Several stores and fast food options nearby."

"Very amazing staff , great security . I love the atmosphere and the hotel , Emma is a great concierge and very witty . This has been the best hotel In Morgantown in my opinion. All the other hotels lied about their amenities, had broken fridges , terrible shower pressure and heat , no stoves either ! I stayed at the Hilton, the holiday inn, and the quality inn none were as good as The Suburban!"

"Liked the stay a lot. Loved the kitchenette which was ready to use. Dishwasher came in handy. Designated outside smoking area was okay and location was very hard to find at night and from out if town even with Indian drivers."

"The manager at this hotel, Ruth Eichelberger, canceled my registration the day before I arrived and did not send me any notification. I showed up the next day to learn of the cancelation (with no explanation) and that all the rooms were now booked, leaving me to scrambling to find another hotel in town. This is apparently how they treat Gold members with Choice Hotels. Springhill Suites by Marriott took care of me. I recommend booking with them instead."

"Room was clean but smelled slightly musty (no biggie I always pack febreeze), fridge and kitchen wares met expectations, shower was clean, beds were comfortable. My biggest complaint was the WiFi. They have a service you contact regarding WiFi (Hospitality WiFi) and I had to call every single day because the quality of the WiFi was so poor we couldn’t even use the WiFi on our phones or to stream anything in the rooms. Sure enough I’d call and the representative would “boost” or “increase our speed” and then the services would work fine for the day. It was slightly annoying that every single day I had to call despite the representatives telling me they had completed the boost through Friday when we were to check out. That simply was not the case."
