Residence Inn by Marriott Morgantown Medical Center Area 1046 Willowdale Road, Morgantown, WV 26505

"Me and my husband came here on 26 December right after Christmas. My father had to get surgery at Ruben Memorial Hospital so we’re here for a week when we first came in our room it was so dirty the stove was dirty the microwave was dirty the dishwasher was dirty and full of dishes The floors were dirty where you can see the dirt on the kitchen floors bathroom floors were dirty cabinets were dirty so we had to get someone to come and clean this room. Then we need a pan to cook breakfast a skillet. My husband went downstairs. They gave him a skillet and the skillet was dirty , when the manager gave him the skillet unbelievable this room was filthy after we got unpacked then they asked if we wanted to move I said no just send someone to clean the room. It was unbelievable and I am a member of Marriot and I’ve never seen any of their hotels look like this call the manager several times upon his return because when we got here he was not here and they kept putting me on hold so my husband carried the pot back down to him all he could say is I’m so sorry I apologize believable thank God, we have Lysol spray"

"My favorite hotel in Morgantown! The staff is so friendly, breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of healthy choices. The rooms are luxurious, spacious, well lit, and have fully equipped kitchens complete with a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher & fully stocked cupboards. It also has a separate bedroom, lots of closet space, a fireplace, desk, small kitchen table, huge flat screen tv & a pull out bed in the sofa- it’s like a tiny apartment…I just loved it and can’t wait to come back!"

"Wonderful stay during my son’s recovery. Convenient to hospital and stadium. Amazing staff!Jim runs a fantastic hotel with lots of wonderful and attentive staff! Great hot breakfast by beautiful Sherry every morning with a smile on her face! Shane and Alicia kept things neat and tidy. Everyone genuinely enjoyed there jobs and friends at work! Def. Be back!"

"These folks were the nicest, sweetest, most caring crew I've EVER had the pleasure to stay alongside! Gluten issues? NO PROBLEM! Dairy free? NO PROBLEM! Clean rooms, comfy beds, good cable, full kitchen, nice courtyard with grills to cook on, and even had a traffic light to go right to the hospital across the street. WILL BE BACK!"
