"Just became Quality Inn. All the large signage is Best Western, confusing when you are booking online and using mapping for directions.Rooms were clean and comfortable. Some maintenance is needed on bathroom door and receptacles. Host at check-in was super, morning host at checkout not so much. Nice hot breakfast buffet. Would stay again."

"Before my last stay here I would have given the place a good review, but my experience with this hotel turned into quite the nightmare. One of the front desk staff, Amanda, took a big disliking to me, attempted to extort money from me, lied about me, called and harassed me after I had checked out, and even called a 87 year old family member of mine at 5am one morning and tried to start drama. I reported her to the manager but he wasn't concerned about her behavior and I considered filing a harassment suit against her and also the hotel since that's how she came into possession of my personal info, and still may, but have had bigger issues to deal with. There isn't room to go into detail here. Wish there was. The hotel itself is not nice. Whole place reeks of cigarette smoke. Draws a more seedy crowd. Always an array of characters hanging out and of course one big, psycho stalker front desk clerk with a bad attitude. Just no."

"Not worth the price! Most of the doors to the outside were propped open all night so a safety issue. The AC unit barely worked. Bathroom is really small. The room turned out to be okay. The cleaning staff was amazing"

"Staff were all very pleasant. For an older hotel they are trying to keep it up. The breakfast was very good. And I had the pool all to myself in the evening!"
