"Out of the three different renting companies I have dealt with in Morgantown, C&E has by far provided the best experience. All of their facilities are maintained well and the maintenance crew is reliable. The office staff are also very pleasant to deal with."

"I lived at Bent Tree Court for 4 years. The location is very convenient to both of the WVU campuses, all utilities were included, which was very helpful for budgeting purposes. The maintenance staff did an excellent job, they really stayed on top of things. I had nothing bad to say about Bent Tree for the 4 years I lived there, except that the landlord was often very arrogant, insolent, and he showed an overall lack of professionalism when dealing with tenants. Additionally, I expected to receive the majority of my security deposit back at end of my lease, as the unit I lived in was very clean and well-kept (my apartment was often shown as the model to potential new tenants) I received less than $20 of a $500 deposit back. In summary, Bent Tree has a convenient location, excellent maintenance staff, but the landlord is disrespectful and unethical to deal with, and do not expect to receive your deposit back."
