"Do not EVER move into this building. Its a workforce development community that the county pays rent to low income folks. The staff is horrible and will target you. Lets just him Carrot top who is the lead engineer and the warden Jason the property manager. I caught listening to my conversations through the peep. Carrot top takes it upon to enter your apartment and will refuse to leave, be totally rude to you demand you set your apartment tempature to his choosing. Nasty. Dumb idiot. I had a women literally expose herself nighly across the courtyard. The elevators suck and in fact Iwas trapped in one where the firedepartment was called. I was told by front desk empoyees that carrot top had it out for me. Beware DO NOT move here."
"BEWARE! The REFERRAL program can leave you in HOT WATER with the I.R.S.!!! My relative received a credit for referring me into the building and the IRS just sent a letter for a tax amendment. Apparently, the building management reports the referral to the IRS as "extra or earned income" that they have paid to you, (for their benefit), when really, it is NOT A CHECK that they give you, it is an e-credit that is automatically applied towards your rent. But they're being greedy and slick for their tax purposes so they report it in a way that seems like they have paid you extra income. So keep that in mind when your income taxes are held up, that this might very be the reason."
"They robbed me for my security deposit! Be careful with this building. If you are moving out and thinking of paying the last month’s rent- DON’T! I moved out on the date that I promised and they even charged me at the beginning of the month for that price. I felt good knowing that I was squared away and all paid up and leaving in good standing, until 1 month later, they billed me for an additional half month’s rent and said that I left the property early (which I didn’t). So now not only are they not returning my deposit, they’ve added additional fees to it. What’s worse is that it will appear on my credit report that I didn’t pay my rent or something. I was supposed to leave the country, but now I’d like to take them to court instead, and spend my days warning people, at all cost, to stay away from this place. Please take heed to my advice. I once loved this building too. Videos coming soon."
"Lived there for a year. Staff were very helpful and responsive, (shout out to Anne and Amira who answered all my questions and Yesim who assisted me with the moving out process. Cleaning staff were also very polite). Other Pros: Common areas were very nice! Still a fairly new complex, so feels very clean. Wegmans being in the building is the best thing ever. So convenient. Definitely the saddest part of leaving. Good gym, usually quiet unless at peak times. Cons: Occasional glitches with one elevator and the gate to the garage, but usually infrequent. During high traffic times, the drivers going to Wegmans can make things a bit crowded when you're trying to get to the residential parking garage."
"Been living here for the past 3 weeks and so far so good! Apartment is beautiful with hardwood floors and upgraded bathrooms. The amenities here are unmatched from the great room to the game room, cinema and pool. Being a new apartment there was some quirks with the parking system and getting setup with packages and the latch app. With respect to the construction noise, Yesim did inform us beforehand so we were aware and really the noise is only during the day so not a big deal in my case since I’m at work. After moving in, Yesim did reach out to make sure our move was going well and felt comfortable so that was much appreciated. Location wise, its close to dulles toll road and the metro and once Wegmans opens up, groceries will be downstairs. Overall, great community to be in!"
