"Application process and move in was quite simple except reading the long leasing document ! The apartment has been kept very clean with all new appliances. The common area is very well managed. I will certainly appreciate the management team ( Dexi, Lady Castro , Jose) for quickly responding to issues and making the experience seamless. Caveat: Make sure to see the bathtub drain / water running system to avoid discomforting circumstances."

"I was very impressed by Fairway. I moved in last week and found Dexi in the leasing office to be very helpful and accommodating. My 1 bed 1bath is spacious and was in pristine condition when I arrived, and maintenance personnel came and fixed a couple minor things like a squeaky light switch the day after I submitted my move-in inspection. So far, thoroughly enjoying my new living situation!"

"This has been a lovely first apartment for us. The office staff (Lady in particular) are some of the most helpful folks and they truly care about Fairway. It is clear efforts are being made to renovate and get the neighborhood out of the 70s and into the 20s. With the recent addition of a dog park in Fairway 2, we are very excited to see changes made for all residents; two legged or four. The rent cafe makes paying rent easy, the service staff are helpful on even the simplest of problems, and the office staff are receptive to feedback. Lots of promise here! Can't wait to see the changes they make this year."
