"A amazing community fun events awesome staff fantastic living area I have never felt more at home just experienced the most amazing comedy show in my life. Please bring more of the the community could not be more glad that I moved here edit I've been here for 4 months and my only complaint is late at night I often hear dogs bark like anywhere from 7 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. which is no bueno for me it is extremely disruptive considering I stream on Twitch and YouTube as well as hope out many other live streamers so that's something other than that this place is Paradise compared to where I used to live one of the biggest perks of living here is the absolutely fantastic sunsets I am able to see from the top floor edit may 30th 2023 the longer I live here the more I regret moving in it feels more and more like management doesn't have our best interest in mind"
"I lived in St. Johns Wood for 15 years and moved out this past May to leave the area. I do love this apartment complex. It's in a beautiful and safe area, with lots of green and walking opportunities. One of the reasons I stayed so long was thanks to the excellent service provided by Donna Dawson, the person in charge of the complex. She was as responsive and helpful she could possibly be. I have learned how important the quality of service is in determining the quality of life at a residence, and Donna is the example with whom I compare others. Due to circumstances over which I believe she had no control, my living experience in the later years of my stay were not ideal. 1) There was a somewhat abusive (but not violent) neighbor situation that they tried to resolve but were unable to. (He moved out after I did.) 2) The floors are made of wood and even just regular walking around the apartment is very noisy to neighbors below. (This was the cause of my neighbor problem; he was in the apartment below mine.) They were willing to pay for remediation of a small area of the apartment, but fixing the entire floor was prohibitively expensive. I cannot imagine why they thought building this way was a good idea, and look for places to live with concrete floors now. 3) The building numbers are not visible at night. They are posted on the top face of the building (above the third floor) and are not lit at night. There are no signs at street level. This makes deliveries very difficult and was a frequent headache. There were times I had to stand outside in the winter cold to guide visitors because of this. I mentioned this to management several times over the course of the 15 years I was there, but nothing was done. 4) The front doors are unsightly; the paint is peeled. It gives the whole area a rundown look and was an embarrassment. Although prices are high everywhere, one would expect that for $2,500+ per month, doors without peeling paint would be provided. 5) Parking was at times scarce. In response, management offered paid reserved parking spaces. I pointed out that mathematically this would be guaranteed to make the scarcity worse, and thankfully they retracted the offer. But to even suggest this in the first place indicates greed and insensitivity to the interests of the residents. In spite of these things, my experience at St. Johns Wood was a net positive, and I'm grateful that I was able to live there."
"Great little community in a very quiet, peaceful woodsy setting. Walking distance to a nice shopping center with everything you need, and surrounded by plenty of walking trails for exercise. When I moved in, my unit had a number of issues, but maintenance came immediately and resolved all of them and were very professional."
"I've only been a St. John's Wood resident for about two months and the Bozzuto staff has really set a high bar in customer care. Sophie and Donna have created a warm and welcoming experience since the day I first walked into the leasing office. They really listen to their residents and are always ready to help. Whenever I needed a service call for a maintenance issue, Jorge was quick to respond. He is their greatest asset when it comes to keeping all the systems running and structures sound throughout the complex. When I ran into a maintenance problem, he called me personally to acknowledge the request, explain the plan, and again later to follow up after the work had been completed. I'm happy to be in such good hands with the entire team at St. John's Wood."
