"I lived here for a year, and I enjoyed it! I felt safe and it was clean and well maintained. My only issue was that I had a first-floor unit facing the courtyard (technically second floor, but the first on the courtyard) and I never got direct sunlight. When they sprayed chemicals in the courtyard the scent just sat there and got into my apartment, even when my windows were closed. Overall I loved the facilities and the concierge, my only issue was with the specific apartment I had. If I had an exterior or higher floor unit, I would have loved it!!"

"I love living at Faraday Park! The amenities are beautiful and kept in excellent condition. I've lived in my apartment for about a year and haven't had any issues. The leasing office, concierge, and other staff are all so friendly. There have been two times when I've had large packages delivered and they helped me bring the packages up to my apartment! It was a mini workout both times and they really didn't need to take that extra step to help but did anyways!"

"Absolutely love living here! The staff are so friendly and helpful and the amenities are wonderful! I save quite a bit of money using the coffee machine in the lobby when I can. The gym also has a great variety of equipment so 2023 WILL be the year I get in shape! There's lots of community space to spend time and even spaces available for residents to reserve for small events. I hosted my bridal shower at the rooftop terrace next to the pool in September and it was beautiful! Speaking of the pool, add that to the list of great amenities - it is relaxing and has a cool view, love tanning there. I also appreciate the convenience of being in close proximity to the metro and Reston Town Center. New shops keep popping up below the building too, I am a BIG fan of the new nail salon! Did I mention all of the fun resident events the staff put on for us throughout the year? I never want to live anywhere else!"
