Led by board-certified and fellowship-trained endocrinologist Dr. Arvind Krishna, our practice has been providing exceptional and compassionate care for patients with diabetes, thyroid disease, and other hormone disorders since 1995.
Dr. Krishna is not only a respected figure in the community but also among his peers. He serves as the principal research investigator for major national and multinational clinical trials and is a professor of internal medicine at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED).

We specialize in treating a wide range of endocrine disorders including LADA, MODY, DKA, hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, goiter, thyroid nodules, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Cushing Syndrome, and Addison's Disease. Our advanced and patient-focused treatments include ABI, BIA, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), and fine needle aspiration (FNA) biopsy, among others.

"So I have only been here twice, but I am impressed. During the first visit, a nurse practitioner (Kelli) spent a significant amount of time gathering the most thorough medical history I have given. She brought in Dr Krishna and efficiently told him everything he needed to know. He reviewed all of my medical records (a rarity) and did an exam, and set up labs to be run right in the office (and I got results the next day). I was very soon scheduled for a thyroid biopsy, again right in the office, and they had a nurse (Whitnee) dedicated to prepping me from a day-before call, and helping throughout the procedure. Dr. Krishna comes across as intelligent, kind, capable, trustworthy. The crew looks busy, but also like they work competently as a team to provide the highest quality help they can. I trust them for management of my thyroid nodule"
"I don't necessarily have a problem with Dr. Krishna as I have only met him once in the 2 years I've been seeing "him" but as other reviews have said, I feel like they don't want to listen to me and at times when I try to be real and say what I want to do to better control my diabetes they act like I won't do anything to get healthy and just want to medicate. I've not been happy there and will likely not continue."
