"I was a patient since 2011, I only stayed because I liked my therapist, but I left in late 2023 because he moved to a new location. Coleman used to be a great place, but it dramatically went downhill during Covid. There are a lot of sketchy drug abusers that lurk around the building and in the parking lot. Do not go if you are by yourself!!"

"I hope to God this place gets shut down and I doubt I will ever find peace until it does."

"They don't keep promises, work against not with clients are extremely rude and argumentative. No matter what or how you say anything to them they only procrastinate and antagonize but if you politely call them out on it and ask them to stop being argumentative and get to the point they play victim when in my case i told them i have been forced to choose between paying an electric bill and buying food they didnt give any regard to my needs as a human whatsoever only argued and wasted more time after numerous times politely asking them to stop doing so and get to the point. They will absolutely let you die for their funding they care nothing at all about your life or mental health only their funding. Extremely corrupt place. Everything they said i have recorded. *Add/Edit: they say contact ms. Shivley and i already did however she has had a reputation for being far worse as i understand from many others and my review remains provably backed up further more so now. She has had a voicemail already and not replied, her reply isn't expected to resolve anything as her reputation dictates. I ain't no fool here. Nice try."

"This place is a nightmare to deal with and the only reason my husband still goes here is not many people take Medicaid. His psychiatrist Mike never did a thing for him. He fought for YEARS to get different medicine because his wasn’t working. He told him over and over and he didn’t listen. Fast forward a couple months, they finally let him switch people and the lady was sooo nice and we liked her and she finally changed his meds. Yay, progress, NOPE! But now we’re on day 3 fighting to get the medicine called in because it was never called in. We have left 3 voicemails on two different peoples mailboxes and no call back and no prescriptions called in. I can’t imagine what the people who have worse mental health go through with this place. Go anywhere else if you can. They don’t care about anyone but their pockets. Everyone is a number. This isn’t the first time we’ve had to fight for a response. Mental illness is important and I really wish these people cared more than they do."

"I have been going here for over a year getting help. I can officially say I'm over it. My therapist got a different job so I'm going on waiting over 5 months on a list for a new one and still nothing. For a place that is supposed to help people they are not helping me when I really need it. My mental health isn't ok right now because of it."
